Art Scholarship

Requirements:	Instructions:
Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or better BA, BFA or Pre-Architecture majors only.	Submit all materials by deadline in order to qualify for scholarships
Six examples of work completed within the last year either slides or digital files. Digital images must be jpeg files on compact disc. Digital image sixe cannot exceed 11" maximum either height or width.	Label work as follows: Slides:Clearly mark the top of each slide with:Your name, title of work, date of completion, media & size of actual work Digital: Provide a typed numbered list that corresponds to numbered file names. The list should have your name at the top and include the title of each work, date of completion, media & size of actual work. Put your name on the CD.
Insert slides into a clear, plastic slide sleeve or CD into a CD envelope. Put all materials into a manila envelope.	Label envelope as follows: Name, student ID number, major and emphasis area, class level, phone number, and email address
Self-addressed, stamped manila envelope for mailed return of slides	If no SASE, slides can be picked up in the Art office after April 15
