Drawing

The B.F.A. in Visual Art (Drawing) program is intended to serve the needs of students wishing to specialize in drawing, and as a preparatory experience for graduate school. Lower-division courses emphasize the comprehension of drawing as a fundamental visual language, and the development of basic skills. In intermediate and advanced courses the focus is on the relationship between the practice of drawing and the communication of ideas.
