Getting Started as a Bicycle Commuter: Route 2
North End to Campus
7:10 a.m.
Riders convene at Camelback Park, Heron at 10th Street.
7:15 a.m.
Depart southward on 10th Street
Cross Fort Street
Continue on 10th, passing through the Boise High School campus
at Bannock, left turn
at 8th Street, turn right
follow 8th street to Greenbelt, passing through the Grove
on Greenbelt, travel upstream to Friendship Bridge and cross, arriving on campus about 7:45 a.m.
Return Options:
- Arrange to meet friends at Memorial Plaza and bicycle home together.
- Bike downtown to Valley Ride Bus Zone 2 (Main at 8th). Serving the Hyde Park vicinity is bus #14, Hyde Park, with departures every half-hour from 5:45 a.m. until 6:45 p.m.
