Most Students can simply bring their class schedule, fee receipt or acceptance letter to the BroncoCard office to have their ID card produced. However, many programs do require other preliminary steps to get their card. Below is a list of requirements and specific contacts that will assist you in getting your ID.
 
 
Full Time and Part-Time Students
 
Please have at least one of the following: current class schedule, fee receipt, acceptance letter, valid driver's license

West Campus Students
 
There is a satellite BroncoCard office located in the Student Services office (RM107) at West Campus. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. M-Th and 8-5 M-F. Phone 562-3100 for more info.

 
Concurrent Enrolled Students
 
Students
 
Please have at least one of the following: current class schedule, acceptance letter, valid driver's license. Use the Bronco Web to print off a copy of your schedule.

Distance Learning Students
 
Students taking distance learning courses and living outside the Boise area can e-mail a digital photo in .jpg format to the BroncoCard office at broncobucks@boisestate.edu. Be sure to include your ID number and return address. Click here for picture requirements.


 
 
Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, & Staff (full or part-time)
 
All employees must have a current photo ID or passport, or have a purple form from Human Resources received during benefits orientation. This form will have your name and university ID. Phone 426-1616 for more info.
 
 
Affiliates/Visitors
 
For information on obtaining an affiliate or visitors ID please follow this link to the Request for Affiliate/Visitor Status form. This form will need to be completed and signed by the area VP before an ID can be produced.

 
Alumni
 
BroncoCards are not issued to alumni. The Alumni office issues a separate ID card that is available through the Alumni Office.

CAMP (College Assistant Migrant Program)
 
Please make sure that your name is on the list delivered to the BroncoCard office by the CAMP program director.

Emeriti
 
Please bring your current ID card to the BroncoCard office and we will replace it free-of-charge with an emeriti card

Health Programs Clinical ID Badges
 
Please be sure that your name is on the list delivered to the BroncoCard office by your clinical coordinator. Most clinical ID pictures are taken at the start of the semester at the class or orientation. If you have lost your card, come to the BroncoCard office for a replacement, Cost is $5.00

 
HEP (High School Equivalency Program)
 
Please make sure that your name is on the list delivered to the BroncoCard office by the HEP program director.

International Student ID
 
If you are going overseas and need an international student ID, go to the International Student Programs office located at 1136 Euclid (just south of University Dr)

Recreation Pass
 
Full-time students are entitled to free Recreation Center privileges. Everyone else must pay a semester or yearly fee. REC passes for alumni, spouses, children and others who do not qualify for a BroncoCard are available at the Recreation Center.

Spouse ID
 
Spouse ID's for the REC Center are available at the REC Center. BroncoCard Office no longer produces these cards.

 
Larry Selland Technical College
 
Students enrolled in the technical college are issued a BroncoCard according to the fee structure of the enrolled program. Check with the College administration to see if you qualify before coming to the Bronco Card office.

Getting Door Access
 
Many entrance and classroom doors are now equipped with card access readers. These readers will read coded information on the BroncoCard to either permit or deny access. If you feel you need to have access into a particular door with card access, contact the dean of the department, the building Resident Director, or building administrator to request access.
