To report a lost or stolen card:
During normal business hours:
Call campus I.D./BroncoCard office @ 426-4171 or e-mail the office using the link below
When the Campus I.D./BroncoCard office is closed:
If you live in one of the residence halls call your Resident Director ASAP and they can invalidate the card
For all others, use the e-mail link below and the card will be de-validated the next business morning.

If your card is stolen, file a police report in the jurisdiction where the theft occurred and retain the report
number. Your card will be replaced free of charge only if you have the report number.
