What We Do
Facilities Planning
- Coordinate facility planning and provide support for campus planning efforts
- Analyze and propose locations for new facilities
- Maintain online campus facilities inventory
- Analyze space needs of campus departments
- Handle regulatory approvals with state, city and county entities
- Provide space data to departments and administrators
Architectural & Engineering Services
- Project management, from concept to completion
- Work with campus departments to determine project scope, cost and timing
- Bid, award and contract preparation
- Communication and coordination between all parties involved or impacted by the project
- Keep project on track (within budget, approved scope and schedule)
