Course Materials

Students enrolled in a computer-based multimedia course will be sent a CD-Rom (syllabus, course requirements, and reading material), quick start-up guide, and troubleshooting guide in one packet.

When Will I Receive My Course Materials?

  • 3-5 days after the first day of the session (enrolling after the session begins, will delay materials)
  • Packets are sent to the mailing address listed in BroncoWeb, to ensure delivery, students should confirm that their mailing address is up-to-date in BroncoWeb
  • On the first day of the session, Virtual Education Software, Inc. (VESi) mails class materials to you from Spokane, Washington
  • You are not required to begin any work until you receive your packet through the U.S. Mail
  • Contact Us if you do not receive packet within two weeks after session begins
  • See Important Dates to know when sessions begin

 

Note: If you drop a computer-based multimedia course and still receive your software, please return it unopened to Virtual Education Software, Inc. If the software is not returned, you will be charged a $110 fee.
