Biology 227: Human Anatomy & Physiology

Description

Please see the Boise State University undergraduate catalog for the official description of this course.

Delivery Method

Selected academic classes are taught using the Internet to send and receive course information. Most of these courses are presented in Blackboard, which is a Web-based course management system designed to allow students and faculty to participate in classes via the Internet. A few courses are presented in an instructor-designed website. In either case, the student will log onto a specified URL to participate in the class and to use tools and links for class activities and assignments. The majority of these classes do not require the student to attend class meetings in person on any campus; however, some of them have a limited number of required meetings. While Internet classes offer students additional and broader educational opportunities, the classes are not designed to teach computer or Internet skills. Students who do not have basic skills can register for a computer skills class prior to taking an Internet-based class.

Course Startup Information

Prior to the first day of class, your instructor will send a course startup email to your BroncoMail account. Please be sure to check your student e-mail messages often.

If you have not yet accessed your BroncoMail account, you will need to know your Boise State University student ID number and password or have your registration appointment letter in front of you. Go online to the BroncoWeb homepage. Click on “Log In To BroncoMail." If you need assistance with your user ID and password, please call the BroncoWeb Help Line at 208.426.2932.
