On October
19th on the Fox News Cable Channel AITP National President, Donny Wall was
featured in a 2 minute segment narrated by Pat Summerall. Pat Summerall’s
“Champions of Industry” television series had chosen the Association of
Information Technology Professionals to be featured as the leading information technology
professional association. This honor was
bestowed on AITP following a rigorous search and selection process by Pat Summerall’s
organization for the IT association that best represents the industry as a whole. Other companies to have received this honor
include US Steel, USG, MCI, Make A Wish Foundation and Northwest Mutual.
The “Champions of Industry” award is a prestigious
corporate recognition series that highlights companies and organizations that are stars of
their industry through product or service innovations.
An executive committee looks at organizations within a specific category and
chooses the “Champion” based on its overall service to its industry and
consumers.
