Masako

Masako came to the United States from Japan.  She moved as an adult and is receiving tutoring lessons to improve her English.

Sandra is from Guatemala and has been living in Boise since February 2004.

Izumi is from Japan and has been at BSU for one semester.  She is enrolled in English and Communication classes.

Dang

Dang is a sophomore at BSU, double majoring in Accounting and Philosophy and the Vice President of the Vietnamese Student Association.  He immigrated from Vietnam at the age of ten.

Minh

Minh is graduating from BSU in December of 2004-Congratulations!  He is from Vietnam and has been in the U.S. since he was eight.

Candido (Candi for friends) is from Mozambique.  He speaks Portuguese, English and Nhanja and has been in the United States for four years.

Art

Art is from Russia and has been in Boise for only four months.  He is very active on the BSU campus; Vice President of the International Student Association and double majoring in International Finance.
