Applied Leadership: The Art of Supervision

Competency-Based Learning to Enhance Leadership Skills

Increase productivity, improve employee performance, and enhance business interactions through effective supervision. This training program provides managers with practical tools to improve the performance of their units now.

Applied Leadership is now being offered in a compressed format. New six-day format contains the same content as the traditional eight-day format, compressed into six days. Pre-work is required. Each (3 days) costs $895 per person, including materials and hassle-free parking. Sign up for all four parts (6 days) for $1,590 and save a total of $200 when you complete Part IV.

  • Applied Leadership: Lead from Within (Part I) Focuses on the role of a leader, effective communication, interpersonal styles, and self management.
  • Applied Leadership: Lead Great People (Part II) Develops skills in inspiring motivation, leading for growth, and managing individual and team performance..
  • Applied Leadership: Lead with Purpose (Part III) Explores skills in serving your customers, decision making and problem solving, fostering organizational well being, and becoming a lean office.
  • Applied Leadership: Lead for Legacy (Part IV) Examines ethical leadership, conflict resolution, effective negotiation, and change management.

Our renowned Applied Leadership program is also offered in a "blended learning" format, which combines the best of online and face-to-face instruction to deliver results enjoyably and efficiently.
