This workshop introduces the theory of mediation, a generic model of mediation and introductory mediator skills. You will obtain a strong foundation for the development of professional level mediator competencies.
Learn mediation techniques and dispute resolution processes. Gain experience through real-life case studies. Take away the latest updates on state laws applicable to mediators and mediator ethics. Identify your individual strengths and areas of development as a mediator.
Individuals interested in mediation certification or learning mediation techniques, including Judges, Attorneys, and Law Enforcement personnel.
