It's About Time: Maximizing the Use of Your Time

Start thinking about methods that will help you maximize and prioritize your time!

Typically in today's dynamic workplace, you are faced with multiple responsibilities. Since you cannot lengthen the day, you must master and adopt proven time management skills.

Objectives:

  • Analyze your current use of time and identify opportunites to be more efficient
  • Recognize your time management style
  • Share ideas for "creating" more time
  • Identify common time wasters
  • Gain tools to make more effective use of your time and prioritize tasks
  • Spend most of your time on the activities that drive results
