Personality Styles in the Workplace

Keys for interacting, leading, and communicating more effectively

In this hands-on, interactive session, you will learn what your personality preferences are and how those preferences impact how you communicate, learn, organize your life, and make decisions. You'll learn tips for reducing conflict and interacting successfully with others whose styles may differ from yours.

Topics Include:

• Re-energizing and the conflict of differing styles
• Processing information - internal vs. external
• Collecting information - bottom up vs. top down
• Making decisions - we don't all do it the same
• Organizing your life - from one extreme to the other

Benefits of Attending:

Through the use of the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, you will gain insights into why people react, think, and communicate as they do. Through group discussions and activities, you will uncover ways to communicate, teach, train, and supervise more effectively.
