Temperament Styles & Communication

Keys for interacting, leading, and communicating more effectively

In this hands-on, interactive session, you will learn what your temperament preferences are and how those preferences impact how you communicate, learn, organize your life, and make decisions. You'll gain tips for reducing conflict and interacting successfully with others whose styles may differ from yours.

Topics Include:

Re-energizing and the conflict of differing styles
Processing information - internal vs. external
Collecting information - bottom up vs. top down
Making decisions - we don't all do it the same
Organizing your life - from one extreme to the other
