Misunderstandings can occur in any work environment. Differences can emerge between supervisor and employee, peers, and customers. If these misunderstandings are not resolved, deeper conflict can arise and disrupt office operations and results.

This workshop provides participants with analytical tools to determine the causes of workplace conflict and approaches for resolution. Tools and practice will be presented which guide in managing one's reactions, focusing on solutions, and promoting effective cooperation.

Topics Include:

Identify the common causes of conflict
Analyze conflict situations objectively
Select appropriate strategies to manage each of the primary types of conflict
