Welcome!

The Dispute Resolution Certificate is a 12-credit program where students learn negotiation and mediation skills, acquire technical and advanced skills within one area of specialization (for example, child-custody mediation) and learn to apply those skills in the public arena. This certificate provides appropriate professional development for management, personnel or court-related careers.
