	WASSA 2006 Conference Registration Boise, Idaho October 9-13, 2006 Save by registering on or before September 18th! Early Bird Registration rate is $375 if you register on or before September 18th. • To register and pay online, please visit our online registration site. Please note: In order to register online, you will need a valid e-mail address, and you must pay at the time of registration with a VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card. • To mail or fax your registration, please download and fill out this form. Conference Fee Early Bird Rate: $375 on or before September 18th (U. S. funds) Regular Rate: $400 after September 18th (U. S. funds) The fee includes four breakfasts, three lunches, three receptions with beverages and hors d'ouvres, and the awards banquet. Other Fees All tours and hotel accommodations are individual responsibilities. Please see the Registrations Form for tour and guest fees information. A block of hotel rooms has been set aside for WASSA attendees, and will be held only through September 18, so register early.
