"Count Me In" is a service for those students, parents, or spouses who want to stay current on Boise State financial aid and scholarship news.
Two new options have been developed to notify you of breaking financial aid news via FaceBook or email. Our intent is to use discretion on what type of information is sent and how often the notices are sent. Here are some examples of possible notices so you know what to expect:
XYZ Department is in immediate need of work-study employees. For more information, check out BroncoJobs for a listing called "Office Assistant" or call Somebody at 426.xxxx.
New scholarship available for next semester for students with these qualifications. For more information, check out this Timely Tip:[ URL]
Congress has made major changes to the financial aid process. More information found online at this Timely Tip: [URL]
At the beginning of each semester the frequency of notices might pick up with these types of announcements:
Long line outside the Financial Aid Office at this moment. The best time to come into the office is Tuesday through Thursday before 10 a.m.
No line outside the Financial Aid Office at this time. If you need assistance, now is a good time to come by.
The first of spring semester aid has now disbursed. Check your BroncoWeb account for account balance or refund information.
Tomorrow is the deadline to have all of your credits in place for grants, scholarships, and loan eligibility.
If you are interested in these types of notices, choose one or both of the following options. You can discontinue your participation at any time.
If you are already logged into FaceBook, simply click on the icon. Otherwise, when you are on FaceBook, search for Boise State Financial Aid and you will arrive at our FaceBook page.
