If you received a Promise Scholarship in 2008-2009...
Awarding 2009-2010 Promise Scholarships to returning Boise State students and transfer students is cumbersome because your eligibility needs to be evaluated. It is common for a Promise Scholarship to be added after you have been awarded other aid. You may need to provide us with information as described below.
Returning Boise State Students:
The maximum number of semesters that you can receive the Idaho Promise scholarship is four semesters.
Email notices will be sent to BroncoMail email addresses when this scholarship has been added.
Only students with renewed Promise Scholarships will receive an email message
After August 1, if you do not see that the Promise Scholarship has been added to your 2009-2010 award, and you believe you met eligibility requirements, contact the Boise State Financial Aid Office.
If you took off one or more semesters since you first enrolled, and believe you are still eligible for a Promise Scholarship, please submit a written letter or email explaining what you did when you weren't enrolled. Were you on a mission? Did you enroll at another school?
New Transfer Students:
If you received the Idaho Promise Scholarship while attending another State of Idaho college, please alert our office if you believe you are still eligible to receive this scholarship at Boise State.
