Timing of Satisfactory Academic Progress Review

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) will be checked on students in stages when Spring semester 2009 grades become official.

A new SAP Policy is going into effect and so a small group will be review initially to test our procedures and processes with the remaining students being reviewed shortly after this first group.

May 26th review group: summer students with classes starting in May. This includes:

• First 3-week summer session
• First 8-week summer session
• Summer special sessions
• Summer Studies Abroad students
• Summer students with existing Satistisfactory Academic Progress Holds, excluding second undergraduate degree seeking students
