Summer Aid for 2011

Summer financial aid is awarded separately from fall and spring aid. It is based on specific classes for which you register.

Detailed instructions regarding summer aid eligibility and deadlines for each summer session are now available.

For students working on their first bachelor's degree, please note this change for summer 2011:

FAFSAs for BOTH 2010-11 AND 2011-12 will need to be completed.

While March 15th was the summer Priority Deadline for these federal financial aid applications, you can still complete the FAFSA are receive summer aid!

Starting March 15th, a link called "Request Summer Loans" will be visible in the Finances section of BroncoWeb. Pell Grant eligibility is automatically determined and may be available due to the Year Round Pell Grant program.

Student who have received 2010-2011 aid from Boise State should allow up to 6 weeks after...

• you have finalized your registration for summer classes, and
• you were able to "Request Summer Loans," AND
• you carefully followed the instructions that appear after you clicked the "Request Summer Loans" link.
