Native Studies at Boise State University: Talking Strategy

 

    The fifth First Nations Conference is going to be dedicated to an ongoing discussion and research as to what it will take to get an American Indian Studies area started at Boise State. Various invited indigenous scholars, tribal members, faculty and administrators will be sharing their expertise and experiences to assist towards attaining this goal.

We actively invite Community Members, Academics, Students and Educators, Indians from the region, Tribal Nations and Organizations to participate! The conference will focus on issues crucial to indigenous   communities in Idaho and the Northwest, as well as concerns pertinent to all Native peoples and community members.The conference will feature successive sessions.

Attendance is free, although parking fees apply to some events.
