Kevin D. Satterlee

Kevin Satterlee was named Boise State University’s Associate Vice President and General Counsel in 2005. He had previously served the University as Associate Vice President of Planning and Special Assistant to the Vice President for Finance and Administration. From 1995 to 2001, Kevin was a deputy attorney general in the Idaho Attorney General's Office and was assigned as the Chief Legal Officer to the Idaho State Board of Education.

Kevin received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boise State University (magna cum laude) in 1990 and his law degree from the University of Idaho (magna cum laude) in 1993.

Kevin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Idaho Law Foundation and is currently serving as its Treasurer.

Timothy P. Fearnside

Tim joined Boise State University in 2006 as Associate General Counsel. Before joining Boise State, Tim worked as an attorney in private practice with the Boise law firm of Givens Pursley LLP, where he focused on general civil and commercial litigation. Tim received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in his native Ohio and his law degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane.

Donna is primarily responsible for advising the Research Division of the university and for assisting the Office of General Counsel in protecting the university’s legal interests. Aurand comes to Boise State after 12 years at Colorado State University, where she most recently worked as deputy general counsel and as an instructor in the College of Applied Human Sciences. She has also worked in private practice in Fort Collins, Colo., at the firm of Johnson and Johnson.
