Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) provides the following support services:

  • Assessment and recommendation for alternative plan options
  • Waiver processing assistance, including comparability analysis
  • Explanation of comprehensive benefits package
  • Claims dispute advocacy and resolution
  • Educational outreach programs:
    • New student orientation program
    • Classroom in-service for health care economics and in-depth details of access to health care on and off campus
