Wellness Resource Stations

Wellness Resource Stations are located at Boise West Student Services and the Health & Wellness Center. Both house the latest health information and related campus services.

Lending Library

Health, Wellness and Counseling Services is pleased to provide a wellness lending library for students and employees. Located in the Health & Wellness Center, the library contains wellness related books, DVD's, CD's, videos and models.

Check Out
All lending material is checked out and returned to the Wellness Services Office located at the Health & Wellness Center (2103 University Drive)
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Items are lent out for three weeks. Should an extension be needed, please notify Wellness Services at 426-5686 or wellness@boisestate.edu. Extensions will only be granted for an additional three weeks.

Fines
Fines are assessed at .25 cents a day, up to a maximum of $10.00 per item. Payment of all fines is expected at time of return. Fines not paid by the end of each semester will result in a hold on your student account.

Damaged or Lost Books

• Damaged Books: Books that are damaged while checked out will be assessed a fine of $10.00. If the book is not salvageable, the responsible individual will be assessed replacement costs plus a $25 processing fee.
  
  
• Lost Books: Books not returned after 30 days will be considered lost. Patrons will be billed the cost of the book plus a $25 processing fee for each item. Wellness Services will not accept replacements for lost items.


• Replacement and damage costs must be paid within two weeks of notification or a hold will be placed on your student account.
