FAQ's
Q: Am I insured?
A: If you are enrolled as a full time (8 or more credits) and a full fee paying student, insurance will be added to your academic fees. You may access your Bronco Web account and proceed to STUDENT FINANCIALS, a fee will show on your account if health insurance has been added.
Q: How can I access information regarding SHIP coverage?

Q: When is my coverage effective?
A: Fall SHIP coverage is August 15, 2007 through January 14, 2008. Spring SHIP coverage is January 15, 2008 through August 14, 2008.
Q: Where do I receive medical care when I am ill?
A: Contact the Health & Wellness Center, (208) 426-1459. When the Health & Wellness Center is not open and the injury is not life threatening, contact a community healthcare provider in the IPN network. Web access is www.IPNMD.com or call 333-1596.
Q: How do I find an in-network provider?
A: Log onto www.ipnmd.com or call 333-1596 for Idaho access. Contact Maksin at 877-775-5430 for providers outside of Idaho.
