To celebrate the re-premiere of the long-thought-lost 1924 Idaho silent feature film, The Tornado, starring House Peters and filmed in St. Maries, Idaho, and the publication of the Sandra Lopez artists' book, Clearcut, the Hemingway Center sponsored a series of interdisciplinary events and an exhibition relating to issues surrounding forest management.
