Laying the Cornerstone for the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks (B.P.O.E.) Building, Lodge No. 310, 19 September 1913. The Pinney Theater stood to the right of the Elks Building. Bricks from the Pinney Theater were used to build a house on the corner of Haines and W. Bannock.
