Jeffrey A. Johnson is assistant professor of history at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. His research focuses on late-nineteenth and early twentieth century politics, labor, and radicalism. He earned a Ph.D. in American history from Washington State University.
Hugh T. Lovin is professor emeritus of history at Boise State University. A frequent contributor to Idaho Yesterdays, he is the author of more than 40 scholarly articles about labor, farming, and water politics.
Troy Reeves is the oral historian for the ISHS. Reeves is a graduate of Idaho State University and holds a master’s degree in history from Utah State University. He also serves on the editorial board for Oral History Review.
Judy Austin is the retired editor of Idaho Yesterdays. She continues to be very active within the state and regional historical communities, and is currently at work on several book projects.
