Idaho Yesterdays publishes peer-reviewed historical research about the Gem state and its region. Its editorial home is the History Department at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. Editor Laura Woodworth-Ney, Ph.D., an associate professor in the history department, is the author of Mapping Identity: The Creation of the Coeur d'Alene Indian Reservation, 1805-1902 (University Press of Colorado, 2004). A native of Rupert, Idaho, she received the Ph.D. in history from Washington State University in 1996. Laura's colleague in the history department is associate editor Ron Hatzenbuehler, Ph.D., a specialist in the Age of Jefferson who has also written about Idaho politics and demographics. Book Review editor Jennifer Attebery, Ph.D., directs American studies for the ISU Department of English and Philosophy. |
