Sen. John McGee, and Gov. Dirk Kempthorne´s office have agreed on legislation restricting seizure of personal property for economic use or development. And, Sen. Skip Brandt, R-Kooskia, released Tuesday eight Senate bills restricting and clarifying the rights of eminent domain.
