1 University Suites Efficiency means that the room is a smaller room (90 sq ft). Standard size rooms average around 9’X12’ (108 sq. ft.)
* The academic year room rate for Keiser and Taylor is the same for both singles AND the limited doubles. There are approximately 13 double rooms in Keiser and Taylor total. These double rooms are larger than most other doubles on campus and are comparable to the size of two single rooms combined.
** Idaho Sales Tax not included in meal plan cost (currently 6%).
*** Meal plans are optional at the University Suites and Yale Courts. No meal plan is included in this fee. Student may either purchase a Commuter Meal Plan - recommended (at the Student Info Desk in the Student Union) or request via the My Housing portal where fees will be applied to student's account
