The Student Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for customer service for the Office of University Housing.
The position involves extensive customer service working with the Office of University Housing staff, Boise State University staff, and outside agencies to make sure University Housing inquiries are answered promptly and correctly and that our customers, to include not only the students, but also anyone external to BSU and internal to BSU, receive top quality customer care.
