Boise State University Housing IT Services are available to students who are on-campus residents. Our hours of operation are Mon. - Fri. 8am to 4:30pm. To schedule an appointment, please contact your front desk assistant.
The following is a list of services provided:Computer Labs
Our computer labs are located in Keiser Hall room 215 and Towers Hall room 107
Residents login using their BroncoWeb username and password
Residents must provide a USB device on which to save their work! Files cannot be permanently saved to the workstations hard drive
All PC workstations are running Microsoft Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2010 is installed on every computer
Access to MyITlabs and ALEKS on all Windows computers
Keiser Hall has wireless access
Select computers in Keiser Hall have Adobe CS3
Keiser Hall has 10 PC workstations and 2 MAC's
Towers Hall has 6 PC workstations and 1 MAC
Keiser Hall has 2 LaserJet printers and Towers Hall has 1 LaserJet printer
Residents must provide their own paper to print
Equipment Checkout
Residents can check out laptops, a projector, a digital camera, and a digital camcorder from the lab in Keiser Hall for school projects

Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 and Mac OS are supported
Our team of computer technicians can help with any computer problems our residents have including:
Trouble getting on the Internet (wired/wireless)
