Prior to joining BSU, he was the Chief Fiscal Officer for the Idaho Board of Education for thirteen years. A graduate from the University of Nebraska, he has also attended Idaho State University, and the Business Management Institute at Stanford University. Holding Accountant, Auditor, and Budget Officer positions at the University of Wisconsin and Idaho State, Keith has significant experience working with higher education issues.

Frank is the Information Systems Auditor for Boise State University. He has received the Certified Information Systems Auditor creditials, as well as the Certified Information System Security Professional, GIAC Security Essentials Certification, and the GIAC Certified Incident Handlers credentials. He has more than 22 years experience as an Auditor. Frank brings a balanced knowledgeable approach to information system's auditing and security. He earned a B.S. from Arizona State University and an MBA from Webster University.

Mark joined Internal Audit and Advisory Services in September, 2005. Before joining Boise State University, Mark worked as an auditor for Idaho's Legislative Services Office. In addition to his state experience, Mark has two years of public accounting experience with a local CPA firm. Mark earned both a Masters of Accountancy and a B.S. in Business Administration with a double emphasis in accounting and finance from the University of Montana. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is a founding member and past president of the Boise Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mark was promoted to Senior Internal Auditor in May of 2007.
