Dr. Lynn Berg
is a professor of Voice and Opera Theatre. A member of the Boise State faculty since 1984, he holds a DMA in voice performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Master of Music in voice performance from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Music in voice performance from the former institution. Dr. Berg has also studied at Die Akademie fur Musik in Vienna, Austria, and was a scholarship student at the Boris Goldovsky Ogelbay Opera Institute. He has formerly held faculty positions at the State University of New York College-Fredonia and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Dr. Berg is well known throughout the intermountain west as a singer both in opera and in concert as well as a teacher and adjudicator.
