The Office of Communications and Marketing supports the greater aspirations of a metropolitan research university of distinction through an integrated, campus-wide effort. Its mission is to build, enhance and protect the university's image through strategic communications and marketing initiatives that reach internal and external audiences. The five primary functional areas are: media relations, marketing/advertising, photography, Web site and publications.

The Communications and Marketing Office is located in Capitol Village, at the intersection of Capitol Boulevard and University Drive. The street address is 2225 W. University Drive. Staff members are assigned colleges, departments and units on a beat system. For help with a specific topic, the staff is available to help you find faculty experts or to connect with newsmakers at Boise State.
