Campus Crime Log: March 1-8, 2009
March 2 — Curfew Violation — Juvenile was riding a bike that didn’t belong to him on the Greenbelt behind campus buildings well after curfew. He was trespassed from campus and released to parents. Bike was taken from him and put in property while trying to find the owner.
March 2 — Sexual Battery on a Minor — Adult male (non-Boise State personnel or student) approached a minor female in the Student Union and proceeded to touch her against her wishes. Report taken, BPD detectives are following up and investigating suspect.
March 4 — Possession of Marijuana and Frequenting a Place Where Drugs are Used — Four males were smoking marijuana in the University Inn. Report taken.
March 6 — Grand Theft — Unknown suspects took a couch/desk from a common area in the Education Building. Report taken.
March 6 — Battery — Unknown suspect grabbed a female by the wrist outside the Morrison Center. Report taken.
March 7 — Grand Theft — Unknown suspect took a wallet from a classroom in the Liberal Arts Building. Report taken.
