OIT Computer LabsBroncoPrint - Credit ProceduresStudents may request credits to their accounts. Some of these requests will be acceptable and some will not.We offer the following guidelines for what is an acceptable request and what is not. The Lab Manager of the facility in question has the authority to make the decision of whether or not to grant an individual credit.
Acceptable Reasons
Unacceptable reasonsFor instances where this "Free Reprint" will not work, such as a PDF that does not completely print, or where a job may have been billed for an incorrect number of pages, a credit to the student's account may be in order. To request a credit, the student will need to advice a Lab Monitor or the Lab Manager of the problem. The Lab Monitor or person handling the complaint should complete a Print Problem Form and give it to the Lab Manager. If the Lab Manager feels that this is an acceptable request, they will fill out the online "BroncoPrint Credit Request Form" and the credit will be processed by OIT Business, usually by the end of the next business day. The "BroncoPrint Credit Request Form" is secure and is only accessible by a predetermined list of authorized Lab Managers. In order to access this form, the Lab Manager must have an Active Directory Account. If they do not have an Active Directory Account, they can get one through the Help Desk.
