Jeff Thompson, Program Manager
Jeff brings 15 years of experience in a variety of industries, including railroad, food inspection, and food production to the consultation program. Jeff received his BS in Environmental Health from Boise State University in 1994. He worked as a Safety Technician for Amalgamated Sugar in 1994 to 1997, then as a Sanitarian for SC Johnson from 1997 to 1999 conducting food safety inspections for the grocery industry throughout the Northwest. Jeff has been with the consultation program since 1999. |

Matt Wattles,
Consultant
Matt received his bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University and then completed a master’s degree from Boise State University. Matt served as the Safety Officer for Easter Seals / Goodwill Industries Northern Rocky Mountains before coming to the Consultation Program in 2004. |

Kent Muhlestein, Consultant
Kent Muhlestein received a BS in Industrial Hygiene from Utah State University, which he followed up with a BS in Environmental Biology for his “fun” degree. Kent joined the Occupational Safety and Health Consultation Program in 2002 after a short stint with the Micron Technology Safety Department. He has been certified in the Comprehensive Practice of Industrial Hygiene (CIH) since 2006. |

Olivia Cunningham, Consultant
Olivia graduated in 2006 with a B.S in Environmental and Occupational Health from Boise State University. During her undergraduate experiences she held several internships with agencies such as the United States Public Health Service and the State of Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. Olivia is currently working towards obtaining a masters degree in health sciences and is committed to delivering professional safety and health consultation services to your business. |

Darrel Krajnik, Consultant
Darrel Krajnik received his BS in Environmental and Occupational Health at Boise State University. While in school Darrel interned as a safety engineer at Sorrento Lactalis for three years. After graduation he joined the Occupational Safety and Health Consultation Program in the spring of 2007. Working in a large food manufacturing facility Darrel brings a lot or experience in machine guarding, lockout tagout policy, and electrical inspection.

Frances manages the day-to-day operations of the consultation program’s office and AV lending library.
