Unless the context dictates otherwise, the following definitions
apply to these regulations.
A graphic design or label created annually and issued only
by Boise State Parking Services authorizing a person parking
privileges on Boise State University property in a designated
lot or area. This may consist of either a hang-tag to be displayed
on the rear view mirror or on driver's side dash inside the
vehicle or an adhesive backed decal for affixing to a motorcycle,
or vehicle.
Term that refers to parking for disabled persons.
Parking space marked by blue curb, wheel block, sign, and/or
international accessibility symbol.
Impounding and/or towing a vehicle for violation of these
regulations.
A vehicle that has ceased to move and is unattended
except that all vehicles in metered spaces are
considered to be parked.
Space marked by yellow painted lines in paved areas, or wheel
blocks placed in unpaved areas for the purpose of delineating
parking spaces.
