Rules and regulations governing parking are in effect 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 12 months a year unless otherwise specified.

Permit holders may be asked not to park in the BSU lots when events are scheduled.

Motorcycle and Moped Permits:

Idaho street-legal motorcycles and mopeds are to display a valid motorcycle decal and be parked in motorcycle decal required parking zones. (Please refer to map for designated zones.) The motorcycle decal is valid only when properly affixed and visible on the rear of registered cycle or plexi-glass decal is locked into place. Motorcycles displaying a general cycle decal may NOT park in regular vehicle spaces. Decals are to be removed if the cycle is sold or destroyed. A replacement decal will be issued in exchange for the old one. A service fee will be charged for decal replacements. Motorcycle decals are nontransferable between vehicles or between individuals. When an individual buys a general permit to transfer between his car and motorcycle the permit is afixed to plexiglass. The motorcycle is only allowed to park in motorcycle spaces. Automobiles parking in motorcycle zones will be ticketed and impounded and/or towed at owner's expense.
