Rules and regulations governing parking
are in effect 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 12 months a year
unless otherwise specified.
Permit holders may be asked not to park
in the BSU lots when events are scheduled.
Parking accommodations vary according to location and
duration needs. Visitors to the University must exercise options for
parking as set forth in this document. Campus visitors must comply
with all University traffic and parking regulations and shall be
responsible for such compliance by users of their vehicles.
Are available for those who wish to utilize parking
spaces for longer periods than easily accommodated by parking meters.
Purchase of these parking permits allow parking in designated
areas for specific dates, as issued.
Visitors with a State issued disabled permit may park
at any meter and in the marked disabled spaces in the Brady and
Lincoln Parking Garages. They are required to pay for their time in
the Parking Garages. Vehicles without a BSU Issued
Disabled Permit are not allowed in to park in other
Designated Disabled areas on campus.

are located throughout campus for use by anyone (except
those whose parking privileges have been revoked). Regulations
governing their use are in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 12
months per year, and those who park in metered spaces must pay for
time used. Tickets will not be excused for non-payment or expired
meters. Meters grant time only up to the maximum time posted on them
one-half, one, or two hours and parking attendants do not complete
patron coin deposits.
It is asked that malfunctioning meters be reported to
Parking Services at the time of failure. Notes will not be accepted.
Meter citations are canceled only if the meter is confirmed to have
malfunctioned. Excuses of arriving late, not having coins, or having
put money in the wrong meter are not considered valid excuses for
citation cancellation.
Boise State's visitor lots include the following:
The Administration Visitor Lot adjacent to the Administration Building.
Payment is due upon exiting the lot. Accumulation of 3 or
more payment envelopes will restrict access to the visitor lot.
The other two visitor areas are the Brady and Lincoln
parking garages which are both pre-pay.
Unpaid parking fees may result in additional
fines and/or your vehicle being impounded.
Those who have occasion to visit the central quadrangle
and conduct business in nearby buildings
(see campus map) often find this to be a convenient location for
paid-hourly parking acommodations. Also, administration reserved
permits are honored in the lot at almost all times.
At all times when visitor lot booth is not attended
patrons are to use pay-and-display units
within the lot to pre-pay for parking. Rates: See:

The Administration Visitor Lot manned booth is operational from 7:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday during the fall and
spring terms and 7:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. during the summer.
Located on the West end of campus at University and
Brady streets, is available for pre-paid pay-by-space and BG (PS1)
reserved permit parking. Parking spaces are numbered throughout the
structure. Customers without BG reserved permits are to pre-pay for
parking at any pay-by-space unit on any level.
Visitors conducting business and attending events in or
around the Student Union Building and Special Events Center in East
Central Campus areas are able to find hourly parking here. Located
across from the Student Union at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and
University Drive is available for pre-paid pay-by-space and LG (PS2)
reserved permit parking. Parking spaces are numbered throughout the
structure. Customers without LG reserved permits are to pre-pay for
parking at any pay-by-space unit on any level.
