To solve Problem 1.7 of the text, first carefully study and reproduce for yourself Equations [1.21] - [1.27] and [1.28] - [1.31], and then apply the same approach to Problem 1.7.  You will need to integrate by parts twice in order to obtain the desired result (Ehrenfest's Theorem).
