In an effort to better organize institutional policies, we have revised the Table of Contents and renumbered all existing policies. If you know the old number of the policy you're looking for, please open the Conversion Chart (pdf) to locate the new number. Or, on the left side of the screen, click on Policy Manual and enter the old number (no letters), then select "Old Policy Number" in the "Choose Search Criteria" box.

Another addition to the website is the Policy Development Tracking System, which allows users to view proposed new policies under development as well as policies currently being revised by the Policy Group. When a policy is in Stage 3, members of the campus community are encouraged to share feedback pertaining to that policy with Policy Group members.

While the Policy Group is responsible for facilitating the development of policies and procedures, responsibility for the content of specific policies and procedures resides with the sponsoring department/college. Content specific questions should be directed to the department listed as the contact on the policy in question. General questions may be directed to the Policy Analyst in Finance and Administration, at 426-1200, or SeniorPolicyAnalyst@boisestate.edu.
