Results of Huron Consulting Group, Inc. Assessment of the Research Administration Infrastructure at Boise State University

 

 

Boise State University engaged Huron Consulting Group to conduct an assessment of the Office of Sponsored Programs and Sponsored Project Accounting.

The primary objective was to identify opportunities to improve the performance of the administrative infrastructure in order to provide support to the research community, and to provide recommendations to guide the university to more effectively manage its growing research operations.
