Welcome to the Office of Sponsored Programs at Boise State University

The Office of Sponsored Programs oversees all pre-award and non-financial post-award sponsored projects activities. We are here to assist you from the pre-proposal stage, to the receipt and processing of the award, and through the account set up process. Our services include:

• Proposal development support
• Review and endorsement of proposals on behalf of Boise State University
• Submission of electronic proposals
• Negotiation and execution of contracts
• Receipt and processing of grant and contract awards
• Interpretation of sponsor guidelines

We also develop and communicate institution-wide policies specific to sponsored programs and create and implement training programs to further enhance the culture of responsible stewardship of grant funding at Boise State University.

Our mission is to support sponsored activity at Boise State University by providing exceptional service, expertise, and education while maintaining a collaborative approach to effective sponsored project management among all university faculty and staff.
