3. Left (hand) side out-to-in high palm block.

4. Right (hand) side out-to-in high palm block.

5. Left palm sweeping down block.

6. Right palm sweeping down block.

7. Left high punch.

1. Left single knife hand in-to-out middle side block in original horseback stance.

2. Maintaining same stance, right single knife hand in-to-out middle side block.

3. Left double knife hand low block.

4. Right double knife hand low block.

7. Right palm sweeping down block followed by left augmented middle spear hand.

1. Moving left foot turn 45ø, double down block in left natural stance. Yell!! (Ki-hap) Right front stretch kick, fighting position in original left natural stance.

2. Right middle front snap kick, step back to right back stance.

3. Left middle front snap kick, fighting position in left natural stance.

4. Right high front snap kick, step back, turn right 180ø, double down block in right natural stance. Yell!! (Ki-hap)

5. Left front stretch kick, fighting position in original right natural stance.

6. Left middle front snap kick, step back to left back stance.

7. Right middle front snap kick, fighting position in right natural stance.

  1. Left high front snap kick, step back, turn 45ø left, Return to Ready Position (Ba-ro).

1. Turn left 90', fighting position in left natural stance. YELL!! (Ki-hap) Left two-step side stretch kick (with an intermediate position of right natural stance).

2. Left two-step side stretch kick. ABOUT FACE (Dwi-roh Do-rah) to fighting position in right natural stance. YELL!! (KI-HAP)

3. Right two-step side stretch kick.

4. Right two-step side stretch kick. ABOUT FACE (Dwi-roh Do-rah) to fighting position in left natural stance. YELL!! (KI-HAP)

5. Left two-step middle sidekick (with an intermediate position of right natural stance).

6. Left two--step hook kick (with sole of foot). ABOUT FACE (Dwi-roh Do-rah) to fighting position in right natural stance. YELL!! (KI-HAP)

7. Right two-step middle sidekick.

8. Right two-step hook kick. Turn left 90', RETURN TO READY POSITION (PA-ROH).

  1. Turn left 90', fighting position in left natural stance. YELL!! (KI-HAP) Right fake groin kick followed by right high roundhouse kick (with instep).
  2. Left back kick.
  3. Right fake groin kick followed by right high roundhouse kick.
  4. Left back kick. ABOUT FACE (Dwi-roh Do-rah) to fighting position in right natural stance. YELL!! (KI-HAP)
  5. Left fake groin kick followed by left high roundhouse kick.
  6. Right back kick.
  7. Left fake groin kick followed by left high roundhouse kick.
  8. Right back kick. Turn left 90', RETURN TO READY POSITION (PA-ROH).

1. Turn left 90', fighting position in left natural stance. YELL!! (KI-HAP) Right roundhouse kick.

2. Left spinning hook kick (with sole of foot). ·

  1. Left roundhouse kick. ABOUT FACE (Dwi-roh Do-rah) to fighting position in right natural stance. YELL!! (KI-HAP)
  2. Left roundhouse kick.
  3. Right spinning hook kick.
  4. Right roundhouse kick. Turn left 90', RETURN TO READY POSITION (PA-ROH).

  1. ATTENTION, (CHA-RUIT) position. YELL!!:(Kl--HAP) Jump up, knees to chest.
  2. Jump up, Chinese splits in air, land in fighting position in right natural stance.
  3. Left jumping front snap kick, land in fighting position in left natural stance.
  4. Right jumping front snap kick, land in fighting position in right natural stance.
  5. Left jumping roundhouse, land in fighting position in left natural stance.
  6. Right jumping roundhouse kick, land in fighting position in right natural stance.
  7. Left jumping back kick, land in fighting position in left natural stance.
  8. Right jumping back kick, land in ready stance (Joon-bi).
  9. Left jumping sidekick (to the left side), land in ready stance (Joon-bi).
