Elliott is the first woman to be inducted into the BSU Hall of Fame. She was a four-year starter on the Boise State women’s basketball team from 1974-1977. While playing for the Bronco women, BSU finished third, first, and second in both her junior and senior seasons in the Northwest Region. She was selected to the NCWSA All-Star team each year that a vote was taken. Elaine set the single game, single season, and career assist record at Boise State. She holds the single game assist record with 10 in 1975, 1976, and 1977. In addition, she is now third on the career scoring list with 948 points in 80 games. Elaine was also an outstanding field hockey player. She is now the head women’s basketball coach at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
