Support

As a general rule, questions regarding web sites at Boise State should start with the page owner. If the page owner cannot answer the question or meet the request, or if it's the page owner who has the question or request, then the next port of call is the OIT Help Desk. The staff there will either resolve the issue on the spot, or will forward the matter to the appropriate person within OIT.

The most significant exception to this process is where the server is not an OIT server. Non-OIT servers include:

In these cases, the question or request must be directed to the server administrator for that machine.

Three major information systems reside on machines that are run by OIT but have separate support structures. These are Broncoweb, Broncomail, and Blackboard. Each of these systems has support contact information on its home page.
